CG-Source is a new site where I'm selling high quality textures and HDRi maps. I'm also selling "MultiTextures" which are textures that can be used with the "MultiTexture Map" in max, which is a free tool you can get on the site.
Another free tool is the FloorGenerator script which uses MultiTextures so you can make floors at any size without any tiling at extreme resolutions.
